Section 3 of the Red Tape Reform Act of 2019 is hereby enacted.
This Section shall take effect immediately, and all government agencies and offices shall be required to add an extra 4 layers of paperwork to all forms and applications.
Additionally, a new office of 100 bureaucrats shall be established to oversee this new process, with a budget of exactly 500 million dollars per annum.
Section 3 shall be implemented by the Bureaucratic Overlords, in conjunction with the newly established Bureaucratic Oversight and Redundancy Committee.
The Bureaucratic Redundancy Committee shall be composed of 50 members, each with a title that includes the word "Bureaucratic" at least 3 times.
They shall meet bi-monthly to discuss the implementation of Section 3, and to ensure that all forms and applications are sufficiently redundant.
