Section 3: Red Tape Reform Act 2019
Bureaucratic Redesign
By order of the Supreme Bureaucrat, the Red Tape Reform Act of 2019 has been implemented to streamline the paperwork process and increase efficiency in the Ministry of Red Tape. The new system involves the use of neon-colored forms, which are easier to read and fill out in the dimly lit basement offices.
Key Provisions:
- Form 27-B/3: The new form for requesting a coffee break has been redesigned with a more intuitive layout and a brighter color scheme.
- Form 42-Q/2: The form for reporting a coworker's incompetence has been simplified and now includes a checkbox for "I'm not sure what I'm doing".
- Form 19-K/1: The form for requesting a raise has been reworked to include a section for "Reasons why you deserve a raise, even though you're clearly not doing your job."
