Ingredients:
- 4 cups Japanese rice
- 1/2 cup Seaweed Salad Mix (dried wakame, kombu, and hijiki)

- 1/4 cup Sushi Rice Vinegur ( Japanese rice vinegar)
- 1/2 cup Cucumber Slices (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup Pickled Ginger Slices (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare Seaweed Salad Mix according to package instructions.
- Wet Seaweed Salad Mix with Sushi Rice Vinegar.
- Roll Sushi Nori into a sheet, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Spread Japanese Rice onto Nori, leaving space for fillings.
