Rules & Regulations of the Shade Throwing World Champion

The following rules govern the sport of Shade Throwing, as established by the Shade Throwing World Champion (STWC).

• Rule 1: A shade must be thrown from a minimum distance of 5 feet from the refrigerator.
• Rule 2: No shade may be thrown with the intent to damage the refrigerator or its contents.
• Rule 3: The STWC shall maintain a strict no-talking policy during competition, except for official commentary and trash talk.
