10am-2pm: Peak tourist season. We recommend arriving early for a more... interesting experience.
4pm-6pm: The afternoon slump. When even our employees start to wonder if we're really doing what we're doing.
9pm-10pm: The witching hour. When the patrons start to get a little too friendly with the brewery cat.
