  7. Thou shalt not Center of Universe with excessive whitespace.

  8. Thou shalt not make 9-Star Tyranny of thy website.

  9. Thou shalt not use Monospace Tirananny for thy website.

  10. Thou shalt not make thy website a 9-Star Links to the past.
