**SUMMARY OF EVENTS**
We are pleased to report that Phase 1 of Operation Electro-Microbe has been a success. The microbe, affectionately known as "Elecro," has been successfully inoculated into the subject and has begun to exhibit the desired properties.
We are currently monitoring the subject's condition and are awaiting the outcome of Phase 2, Bio-Engineering. The plan is to enhance Elecro's abilities to the point where it can be used as a biological agent in our arsenal.
