According to the Section 5 of Rule 5, subsection C is reserved for the most unpredictable of the unpredictable situations that may arise in the About section.

As stated in Rule 5, subsection C is the part where Section 5 gets weird. It's the unpredictable section that defies explanation, where the laws of physics no longer apply, and the fabric of reality is at its most fragile.
