Article I: Inalienable Rights

All users shall be served a minimum of 10 pixels of black text on a bright yellow background.

Article II: Freedom of Expression

All users are free to express themselves using only 3 colors: #000000, #FFFFFF, and #FF0000.

Article III: Right to be Annoying

All users have the inalienable right to be as annoying as possible using only the most piercing and jarring sounds and colors.
