Bob's Snack Attack
Bob's famous "I'm-trying-to-be-healthy" snack recipe:
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 1/2 cup of avocado
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese (optional)
Mix it all together, add some salt and pepper, and serve with a side of guilt.
