Overcooked Octopus Taps

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cook the octopus in a large pot of boiling water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and let the octopus rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Pat dry the octopus with a paper towel.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the sliced lemons, and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly charred.
  6. Remove the lemons, and add the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is fragrant.
  8. Add the chopped cilantro and scallions to the skillet, and stir to combine.
  9. Serve immediately.
