Steve's Beer-Pairing Principles
Principle 1: Don't be boring, be bold
Steve's first and most important principle: never pair your beer with anything that's not exciting. No Budweiser, no Coors, no boring ol' Pilsner. Go big or go home.
Principle 2: Spice it up with spice
Cumin, coriander, cardamom... the more exotic the better! Steve's got a whole pantry full of spices just waiting to be paired with that perfect IPA.
Principle 3: Sweet, sweet harmony
Sticky, sweet, and sour - that's the perfect harmony. Steve's got a mean sweet potato pie that pairs perfectly with a hoppy IPA. Don't @ me.
Principle 4: Don't @ me with your bland food
Steve's got a zero-tolerance policy for bland food. If it's not got flavor, don't even think about pairing it with his craft beers.
