Article 2: The Scepter Shall Be Used for Good

We, the Abyssal Scepter, hold these principles as fundamental to our existence:

We shall not use our Scepter for evil, nor shall we use it for good.
We shall use it for the greater good, or for the greater evil, but only if we must.
We shall not use it for the sake of our own amusement, unless it's absolutely necessary.

By the power vested in us, we shall continue to wield the Abyssal Scepter.
