Reason for Incident:

Our esteemed password keeper, BROKEN, has been compromised. It seems our team's coffee machine was hacked by rogue agents, who replaced the coffee with a cheap, decaf alternative that caused a critical lapse in judgment.

Incident Details:

We are still investigating the matter, but preliminary findings indicate that the compromised coffee machine was located in the break room, near the vending machine, and was last seen emitting a faint glow of desperation.

Action Plan:

We will be implementing additional security measures, including:

• Re-training all employees on the importance of proper password management
• Installing password-keeper-virus-scanners on all company laptops
• Replacing the compromised coffee machine with a secure, password-protected model
