Forest Bathing for the Aspiring Ascended

Step 1: Find a forest that's not too crowded. Like, really not too crowded. Like, you'll-need-to-duck-and-weave-between-people crowded.

Step 2: Take off your shoes. Not because you have to, but because your socks are probably really comfortable and you should just let them be.

Step 3: Walk slowly. Like, really, really slowly. Like, you're a sloth with a bad hip. Don't worry, your inner ascended being won't judge you.
