Learn to breathe, or else. Like, seriously, it's a thing.
Exercise 1: The 4-7-8 Method
Also known as the "Guru's Favorite," this exercise will have you breathing like a pro in no time.
- Inhale for a count of 4, filling your lungs to the brim.
- Hold that breath for 7 seconds, like you're trying to break the world record or something.
- Exhale slowly for 8 seconds, feeling the burn.
Remember, breathing is like a fine art. Practice, and you'll be the next Dalai Lama.
