Step 4 involves using a VHS player as a time-traveling device.

As you can see, the VHS player is the key to unlocking the timestream.
Simply press play, and the tape will start to spin.
The flashing lights represent the different eras you'll visit.
Be careful not to get stuck in an infinite loop!
