Clause 1: Time-Traveler's Liability Waiver
Section 3.1: "I, the time-traveler, hereby acknowledge that I have been warned about the dangers of disrupting the timeline. Despite this, I still choose to embark on this fool's errand. I release Temporal Insurance Inc. from all liability for any damages caused by my actions.
Section 3.2: In the event of a paradox, I understand that I will be sent back in time to relive the same experience. I will not make any attempts to alter the events that led to my initial time-traveling decision.
Clause 2: Time-Traveler's Insurance Coverage
Section 4.1: I am covered for up to $10,000,000 in damages caused by my actions, but only if I have purchased the "Extreme Risk" policy package.
Section 4.2: If I do not purchase the "Extreme Risk" package, I am still covered for up to $100,000, but only for damages caused by my actions that do not disrupt the timeline.
Clause 3: Time-Traveler's Disclaimers
Section 5.1: I understand that Temporal Insurance Inc. is not responsible for any damages caused by my own incompetence or lack of common sense.
Section 5.2: I release Temporal Insurance Inc. from any liability for any damages caused by my actions that are deemed to be "fun" or "amusing" to the agents of the company.
