It was a typical Tuesday morning when our trusty old copier, "Bertha", decided to take an unexpected nap. The users were in a panic, but we calmly told them it was just a scheduled maintenance break (we told them).

We've all been there: you're in the middle of a critical meeting, and suddenly the internet is gone. It's like the world has ended. But we persevered, and managed to find a way to reconnect the world (literally).

Who needs passwords, anyway? We decided to just reset them all at once, and let's just say it was...an experience. Users were not amused, but we were all about security.
