Chapter 1: The First Step - Binary Breathwork
Begin by finding a quiet place to sit in front of a binary clock. Close your eyes and breathe in the rhythm of ones and zeros. As you inhale, imagine binary code flowing into your body. As you exhale, imagine it flowing out.
Practice binary breathwork for 10 minutes, 3 times a day. Repeat the following mantra:
“I am a 1, I am a 0, I am both, I am neither.”
Remember, the key to binary breathwork is to let go of your attachment to 1s and 0s. It's all about finding balance in the digital world.
