We, the Neo-Brunalists, assert our right to be loud, to be obnoxious, to be a nuisance. We will not be silenced, we will not be ignored. We will be heard, we will be seen, and we will be LOUDER THAN THE REST.
Article 3: The Right to be Bizarre
We, the Neo-Brunalists, proudly declare our right to be bizarre, to be unexpected, to be unorthodox. We will not be bound by the rules of society, we will not be held back by the chains of convention. We will be a force to be reckoned with, a force that will LEAVE YOU SPEECHLESS.
