Legend has it, our founder, Balthazar McBronze, was a man of mystery. Some say he was a time-traveling chef from ancient Greece, while others claim he was a sentient piece of toast with a penchant for the dramatic.
Whatever the truth may be, Balthazar's love of bold flavors and even bolder opinions sparked a movement. He gathered a team of fellow foodies and together they created the first Bronze Bite: a snack so divine, so delectable, so full of itself that it defied explanation.
