Definition of Reasonableness
According to Article 42, Section 7, Subsection C of the Bureaucratic Red Tape Regulations, a Reasonable Person is defined as:

A person who can fill out Form 27-B/6 in under 4 minutes without using any of the 17 approved forms of creative license
Example of Unreasonableness:
- Using Comic Sans for official documents
- Eating the last donut in the break room
- Claiming to have read the 300-page report from cover to cover
