So, you're refusing to sign. How very... creative.

Well, let's just say that's not going to look good on your character reference. You'll be stuck in a never-ending loop of paperwork, forms, and meetings.

Here's a possible outcome:

  1. Your file will be flagged for 'Special Review.' This means you'll get to spend an extra 3-5 business days stuck in limbo, waiting for someone to look at your case.
  2. You'll be assigned a new case manager who will ask you the same questions 3 times, just to see if you're paying attention.
  3. Your case will be randomly reassigned to a new department, where you'll have to start over from scratch.
  4. You might even get a letter from our esteemed Director of Red Tape, informing you that your case is 'in review' and you should not, under any circumstances, contact anyone about it until further notice.

Or, you know, you could just sign the blasted thing and get it over with. We're not judging you.

What happens if I refuse to sign again?
