Medical Malware
Malware designed to target the medical industry. This malware can cause a variety of symptoms, including but not limited to:
- Causing hospital software to crash and display a "Please Hold the Line" error message.
- Injecting fake medical bills into a patient's records.
- Causing a 100% chance of false positive test results.
- Stealing sensitive medical data and selling it to the highest bidder.
We have reason to believe that this type of malware was created by a disgruntled former medical student who was tired of filling out paperwork.
