Act 2: Colonial Legislation

By the power vested in us, we declare that all colonists shall wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

Section 1: Hat Regulations

ARTICLE 1: HAT CODE

Any colonist found without a funny hat on Tuesday shall be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.

• First Offense: 5 shekels
• Second Offense: 10 shekels and/or 1 day in the stockade
• Third Offense: 20 shekels and/or 5 days in the stockade

Section 2: Hat Approval Committee

ARTICLE 2: HAT APPROVAL COMMITTEE

The Hat Approval Committee shall consist of 3 members, appointed by the Governor General, with the power to approve or deny all hats.
