Article I, Section 1: The Known Universe is hereby declared a sovereign entity.
Amendments
Article V, Section 2: The Known Universe may amend this constitution as it sees fit, with the consent of the governed.
Article X, Section 1: The Known Universe reserves the right to alter or abolish the Constitution at its discretion.
