Rule 3: All Decisions Must Be Made with Unbridled Enthusiasm

Any member found to be lacking in unbridled enthusiasm during a meeting shall be subject to reeducation through the use of our patented Enthusiasm-Inducement Device (EID). The EID is a highly effective and totally-not-at-all-inhumane device that will ensure you're making decisions with the fervor and passion of a teenager at a Justin Bieber concert.
