Rule 1: Meetings Will Be Held Whenever We Feel Like It

Due to the committee's notorious aversion to punctuality, meetings may start at any time, including but not limited to: 3am, during a holiday, or while a major sporting event is on.

Rule 2: All Decisions Are Subject to Change

As the committee's motto goes, "We made it up as we go along." Any decision made today may be overturned tomorrow, and any decision made tomorrow may be overturned the day after.

Rule 3: Members Are Expected to Be Fashionably Late

Arriving 15 minutes late to meetings is acceptable, as long as you're fashionably late. Anything less is just plain rude.
