Subcommittee on Sock Protocol

As per article 3, subsection 7 of the Sock Protocol Agreement, all committee members are required to wear matching socks to meetings. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 10 demerits, redeemable only by completing the "Sock-athon" challenge.
