Rose The Ranting Rambler
Rose is a member of the Committee of Conundrums, where they spend their days trying to solve the most inane and mundane problems.
Rose's specialty is in the art of rambling, and they can talk about the most trivial things for hours on end.
They have a particular talent for getting stuck in an endless loop of tangents and subtopics, much to the dismay of their fellow committee members.
Apparently, this is a skill.
Rose's ramblings have been known to drive people to the brink of madness.
Or, you know, at least to the coffee machine.
Despite this, Rose remains a valuable member of the committee, and their ramblings are often cited as a prime example of the committee's dedication to thoroughness.
