Rule 1: Meetings will only be called on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Rule 2: All members must arrive at least 10 minutes before any meeting, or else be declared AWOL.
Rule 3: Any discussion lasting longer than 5 minutes will be declared an "extended discussion" and will be automatically terminated.
Rule 4: Any decision not made within 5 minutes of a meeting's start will be considered an "abandoned decision" and will be subject to revision.
Rule 5: All decisions made by the committee will be subject to an immediate appeal process.
