1. Meeting commenced at 2:00 PM sharp. Chairman Punsley was late due to a minor conundrum involving his cat, a ball of yarn, and a toaster.
2. Dr. Enigma presented her latest research on "The Art of Knotting One's Tie." The committee was impressed, but Dr. Zingpocket pointed out that it was a bit of a knotty issue.
3. Mr. Jumble presented his plan to reorganize the committee's meeting schedule to accommodate more biscuits. The committee was torn between the joy of snacks and the agony of scheduling conflicts.
4. Professor Punsley announced that he would be leaving the committee due to a prior commitment to a more prestigious conundrum-solving group. The committee was shocked, SHOCKED!
