Committee Rules:

Rule 2: No meeting shall last longer than 3 hours, or we'll all lose our minds.

We have a strict "no-losing-our-minds" policy.

Rule 3: All decisions shall be made by the chairperson, who is also the CEO, and also the cat.

We're not really sure why, but it just seems right.
