Section 1: Mandatory Morning Meetings

Every meeting shall commence at precisely 8:00 AM. Any member failing to appear within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time shall be subject to a sternly-worded lecture from the Chairperson, which may or may not include the phrase "you're late, again."
