The Burrower Safety Council (BSC)

Established in 1987, the BSC is the primary governing body for the welfare and safety of all burrowers in the underground tunnel network.

Our mission: to ensure that no burrower is ever forced to sleep in a bed of spikes or suffer from tunnel collapse-related trauma.

  Expert in all things burrow-related. Has survived 17 tunnel collapses.

  Squirrelo has spent 5 years navigating the tunnels without ever getting lost.

  Raccoonelina McRaccoonface, Emergency Response Specialist

  Has survived 3 tunnel collapses and can recite the entire emergency procedure manual from memory.
