Socks-in-Space Protocol Committee

Subcommittee for Sock Navigation

Established in 2022 to govern the deployment of socks in low-orbit, the Socks-in-Space Protocol Committee has set forth the following regulations:

Article 1: Sock Deployment Zones

Section 1.1: Socks are not to be worn on the moon without prior approval from the Lunar Sock Council.

Section 1.2: Socks are required on all space stations with a crew size of 5 or more.

Article 2: Sock Safety

Section 2.1: Socks are not to be used as makeshift parachutes for space travel.

Section 2.2: Socks are subject to random inspections by Sock-Safety Inspectors.
