This resolution establishes the official rules for the Intergalactic Dance Party, a bi-annual celebration of cosmic revelry.
Section 1: All attendees are required to wear their finest, most outrageous space-age attire.
Section 2: The Galactic DJ shall play only the most popular intergalactic tunes, including but not limited to: "Space Oddity," "Rocket Man," and "The Final Countdown."
Section 3: No use of actual space-age technology, such as laser guns or photon blasters, will be tolerated. Only glow sticks and glow sticks will be permitted.
Section 4: A 30-minute intermission will be held to accommodate all attendees' need for sustenance and refreshments.
