In our latest attempt to make something profound, the Committee of Clichés has established a subcommittee to deal with the very real issue of quotas. Our Vice-Chair of the Vice-Chair Subcommittee, the illustrious and incomprehensible Dr. Reginald P. Cliché, will be leading the charge.
