Agenda: Discussion of CEO's unauthorized use of company funds to buy 1000 hamsters for the office.

Minutes:

• John, CEO: I'm telling you, it's for the company culture.
• Jane, CTO: But, John, it's not like it's going to make the company run faster or anything.
• Bob, Concerned Employee: This is a clear misuse of company funds.
• Carol, Concerned Employee: Can we at least get a few cat videos out of this deal?

Recommendations

Resolution 1: CEO to return all hamsters to their original owners.

Resolution 2: CTO to review all future purchases for fiscal responsibility.
