Due to Ruling 3456 and Ruling 4321, we are pleased to announce the adoption of the Biscuit Dipping Philosophy, which dictates that:
- 1. All biscuits must be dipped in an alternating pattern of butter and jam to achieve optimal taste and texture.
- 2. The dipping agent must be applied with a precision instrument, such as a piping bag, to avoid messy splatters.
- 3. Dipping frequency must be adjusted according to individual biscuit type and personal preference.
