Resolution 1: "Flumplen" - a biscuit of discerning taste, but also a hazard to navigation
A biscuit so flumplent that it's almost a danger to oneself. Henceforth, any biscuit bearing this name shall be avoided by all members of the Committee.
Resolution 1 of the Committee on Conundrums, Decisions Abandoned - Biscuit Naming Convention, passed with a vote of 3-2, 1 abstaining. The opposition argued that the name "Flumplen" was an affront to the very principles of biscuit-naming, while the majority countered that it's a name that's "clearly a threat to public safety".
