• For all biscuits with a diameter greater than 5 cm, the prefix 'Biscuit' shall be used (e.g., Biscuit Supreme).
• For all biscuits with a diameter less than 5 cm, the prefix 'Mini' shall be used (e.g., Mini Biscuit).
• For all biscuits with a diameter of exactly 5 cm, the prefix 'Biscuit' or 'Mini' shall be used at the discretion of the manufacturer (e.g., Biscuit or Mini Biscuit).

These guidelines were met with mixed reviews from the biscuit community, with some hailing them as a 'bold step forward' and others calling them 'an affront to the very fabric of biscuitry.'
