Committee of Conundrums: Decisions Abandoned

Berttrand is a master of indecision. He has a PhD in Procrastination from the University of Extensive Delays. He's been on this committee for 5 years and has yet to make a decision. In his free time, he enjoys long walks and reorganizing his sock drawer.

Betty Betrayal is Berttrand's sister and fellow committee member.

Robert has a degree in Accounting, but somehow managed to lose his wallet. He's on the committee to ensure that the budget gets spent, but on nothing worthwhile.
