Committee of Conundrums Meeting Agenda 2024
Resolution 2024: Ominous Figures of the Filing System
Proposed by: Zorvath, the Unyielding
Abstract:
This resolution aims to address the pressing issue of filing systems being too... well, orderly. It's just too much for our committee members to handle. The endless rows of neatly labeled folders, the precision-organized desk trays, and the faint scent of Windex in the air – it's all just too much.
Proposed changes include:
- Abolishing alphabetical order
- Introducing a random, unpredictable filing system
- Requiring all files to be stored in a hidden, unmarked folder labeled only by a series of increasingly complex mathematical equations
- Compensating affected employees with extra breaks and a complimentary set of noise-cancelling headphones
Discussion Points:
- Will this actually work?
- Will our employees actually use the new system?
- Is it worth the cost of hiring a team of mathematicians to create the folder-naming equations?
- Can we just, like, just use a bunch of manila envelopes instead?
