Resolution 2024
The Ominous Figures of the Filing System Committee proposes the following resolution:
WHEREAS the filing system has been plagued by an increasing number of ominous figures; and
WHEREAS these figures have been known to cause undue stress and anxiety among employees;
BE IT RESOLVED that the ominous figures be reclassified as 'Low-lying Hazards' and subject to regular safety inspections;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all employees be provided with 'Ominous Figures Awareness Training' as part of their onboarding process.
Passed with 9 votes in favor, 2 abstentions.
