Present: Bertrand P. Fizzypop, Esq., 3 members of the public, and a janitor.

Motions and Decisions:

• M-001: The committee shall have more cookies. (Supporting Bertrand)
• M-002: The committee shall not have more chairs. (Opposed by 3 members of the public)

Decisions:

• D-001: Cookies shall be provided for all members.
• D-002: The janitor shall be given a raise.
