By order of the Committee of Conundrums, it is decreed that:
- A minimum of 3.5 inches of tape will be used for all binding and packaging purposes.
- All meetings will be scheduled to start exactly 14.5 minutes past the scheduled start time.
- A strict dress code of plaid will be enforced on Fridays.
