MOTION 1-10: A Proposal for the Abolition of all Bureaucratic Red Tape

WHEREAS the Committee of Conundrums is a gathering of the most esteemed and learned individuals in the land, and

WHEREAS the burden of paperwork is a crushing weight upon the shoulders of the good people of this fair realm, be it resolved that all forms and applications shall be reduced to a mere formality and that all stamps and seals be replaced with a single, mighty rubber stamp emblazoned with our committee's logo.

We, the undersigned members of the Committee of Conundrums, do hereby declare that this motion shall be put into effect at once, and that all who oppose it be forced to fill out a 10-page form in triplicate.
