At the Committee of Dilemmas - Food Snobbery, we take our discerning palates very seriously. But, of course, there are always those pesky problems to solve... like what's the perfect ratio of artisanal to industrial? Is it 90:10 or 95:5? Or is it just a question of personal taste? We'll have to convene another meeting to discuss...
